Greetings! I'm Dylan, hailing from sunny South Africa. For over a decade, Singapore has been my home, a place where I've had the privilege to work, compete, and connect with incredible individuals from all around the world. My love for sports began early on, from playing competitive rugby and squash in school to later diving into bodybuilding and CrossFit. In fact, I wore the title of "Fittest Man in Singapore" for three consecutive years during the CrossFit open!
My Fitness Journey:
My journey in fitness spans almost 20 years, and I’ve seen many triumphs, and learnings. While I've always been an active participant, my true passion lies in coaching and guiding others. There's a huge satisfaction in witnessing someone achieve what they even thought impossible, and it's this is what motivates me and keeps the ‘fire’ burning.

My approach to training is rooted in sustainability and individuality. I believe in setting routines that not only push boundaries but also resonate with my clients’ lifestyle and aspirations. Every milestone, big or small, is a reflection of our shared commitment and hard work.
