My name is Harvey Mercado! If you hear anyone particularly loud at Unreal, it's probably me! With a big smile of course :) I was born and raised here in Singapore and am conversant in 4 languages (English, Tagalog, Malay and Spanish). Talk about being rojak! I've always lived an active lifestyle and it was an honor to have attended one of the top schools in Rugby (ACSI) through a sports scholarship. I have a penchant for testing my limits which culminated in me obtaining 10 international caps for the Philippine National Rugby Team (Philippine Volcanoes) in the Asian Rugby Championships. Outside of rugby, I competed in Bodybuilding winning the NBFA Over 80kgs in 2018. Although I seem pretty active, there was a point in my life that I tipped the scales at 125kg, with a height of 173cm, at the young age of 18. Through proper coaching and guidance with nutrition I was able to not just shed those pounds but educate myself and create a sustainable plan. Having gone through a transformation journey myself, I am able to use the experience and relate to my clients' journeys. So get ready to Unleash, Unravel and have an Unreal journey with Harvey!
