We have a strict 6-hour cancellation policy (via email at enquiry@realptsingapore.com or WhatsApp 97115905) 

Clients who arrive 10 minutes after class begins will not be allowed to join. You will still be charged accordingly.

You will be charged a credit for the class if cancellation happens within 6 hours. 

No shows will be charged for the class accordingly.
